Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
By using CHECKiOX you agree to these terms. CHECKiOX is operated by TSQ Soft.
Use of the service
CHECKiOX is provided free of charge to measure your own internet connection. Please don't automate, script or bulk-request the test endpoints, attempt to overload or disrupt the service, or use it to attack other systems. We may block traffic that harms the service for other users.
Data usage
A speed test transfers a significant amount of data, which may count against a data cap or cost money on a metered or mobile plan. You are responsible for any charges from your internet provider.
Accuracy of results
Results are provided "as is" for general information. They measure the connection between your device and our server at one moment, and they vary with your device, Wi-Fi, VPN, other network traffic and the distance to the server. They are not a guarantee of, or a legal measure of, the speed your internet provider delivers.
Content on this site
The guides and other content on CHECKiOX are for general information and are not professional advice. We try to keep them accurate, but they may be incomplete or out of date. The CHECKiOX name, logo and site content belong to TSQ Soft.
Advertising and third-party services
This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and may use analytics. These services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details and choices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHECKiOX and TSQ Soft are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind and may change or be unavailable at times.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
